    President

    Joe Shimp is the President of Construction Concierge by Conestoga, bringing over 20 years of experience as a visionary construction executive. Known for his sharp leadership and eye for design, Joe has guided countless projects from blueprint to build with precision and style. As the current President of the National Frame Builders Association, he’s recognized as a thought leader in the post frame industry and beyond. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration and an A.S. in Industrial Engineering—blending business savvy with technical expertise.

    Outside the office, you’ll find Joe on the water boating or fishing, cheering on his son at football and wrestling, or exploring new places with the same energy he brings to every project.

    Andy Wiker

    Senior Concierge

    Andy Wiker has always been drawn to building and design. He began as a carpenter in 2003, learning firsthand what it takes to bring a project to life.

    Later, he stepped into design and sales, helping clients shape homes, barns, and spaces that fit their needs perfectly. At Construction Concierge by Conestoga, Andy brings a mix of hands-on experience, creative thinking, and a friendly, people-first approach to every project.

    Outside of work, he enjoys golfing and painting—ways to unwind and keep his creative side active.

    Doug Eriksen

    Senior Architect

    Doug Eriksen is a seasoned Senior Architect at Construction Concierge by Conestoga, boasting extensive experience in design and construction. Licensed to practice architecture in multiple states, Doug holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Technology from the New York Institute of Technology on Long Island, New York. His diverse portfolio includes various building types, but he has a passion for helping residential clients articulate their visions into comprehensive and thoughtful designs.

    Outside of work, Doug is deeply engaged in community service, dedicating time to Scouting and his woodworking hobby. He actively contributes to the preservation of local history as a board member of the Old Swedes Historic Site and the Fort DuPont Redevelopment and Preservation Corporation, where he also chairs the Fort DuPont Design & Historic Preservation Committee

    Jenyne Ward

    Business Development

    Jenyne loves turning ideas into reality. As part of the Construction Concierge by Conestoga and Concierge Homes teams, she connects clients, builders, and industry partners to bring projects to life from the first sketch to the final walk-through.

    With a background in design and Real Estate, she understands what it takes to make things happen—and she’s all about keeping the process clear, organized, and enjoyable. Jenyne’s known for her easygoing approach, creative problem-solving, and the genuine relationships she builds along the way.

    Whether she’s brainstorming design concepts, helping clients navigate next steps, or teaming up with Realtors and developers, Jenyne brings energy, honesty, and a personal touch to every project she’s part of.
